Ordered as V75466, this is an AS568-466 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 18.455 in (468.76 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 19.005 in (482.73 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and very low compression set at elevated temperature. This material stands up to aromatic hydrocarbons, many acids, and chlorinated solvents. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
