3.5MM CS X 48MM ID BLACK FKM 75D

Ordered as V3.5X48, this is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 48 mm (1.89 in), a cross section of 3.5 mm (0.138 in), and an outside diameter of 55 mm (2.17 in). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and outstanding high-temperature capability. This material stands up to petroleum oils and fuels, aromatic hydrocarbons, and engine and transmission fluids. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in amines or ketones and esters.

Typical settings include semiconductor equipment, automotive fuel systems, and oil and gas.
