V3X49.5 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 49.5 mm (1.949 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 55.5 mm (2.19 in). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

It resists aromatic hydrocarbons, aggressive chemicals, and petroleum oils and fuels. Viton® (FKM) is valued for very low compression set at elevated temperature and outstanding high-temperature capability. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where amines or ketones and esters are present.
