The VB75M2X5 is a brown Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 5 mm (0.197 in), a cross section of 2 mm (0.079 in), and an outside diameter of 9 mm (0.35 in). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. It resists many acids, petroleum oils and fuels, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
