Part number V4X63 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 63 mm (2.48 in), a cross section of 4 mm (0.157 in), and an outside diameter of 71 mm (2.8 in). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and outstanding high-temperature capability. It resists aggressive chemicals, engine and transmission fluids, and petroleum oils and fuels. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones and esters or low-molecular-weight organic acids.

It sees regular use in high-temperature process equipment, automotive fuel systems, and oil and gas.
