Ordered as V3X64, this is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 64 mm (2.52 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 70 mm (2.76 in). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Viton® (FKM) delivers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and outstanding high-temperature capability. It resists chlorinated solvents, engine and transmission fluids, and many acids. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in amines or low-molecular-weight organic acids.

It sees regular use in oil and gas, automotive fuel systems, and chemical processing.
