APG stocks the V2.5X65, a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 65 mm (2.559 in), a cross section of 2.5 mm (0.098 in), and an outside diameter of 70 mm (2.76 in). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and outstanding high-temperature capability. Expect good resistance to chlorinated solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, and aggressive chemicals. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to low-molecular-weight organic acids or amines will shorten service life.

Typical settings include chemical processing, semiconductor equipment, and automotive fuel systems.
