V1.5X70 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 70 mm (2.756 in), a cross section of 1.5 mm (0.059 in), and an outside diameter of 73 mm (2.87 in). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Expect good resistance to many acids, aromatic hydrocarbons, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is valued for outstanding high-temperature capability and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
