APG stocks the V2X70, a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 70 mm (2.756 in), a cross section of 2 mm (0.079 in), and an outside diameter of 74 mm (2.91 in). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is specified for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and very low compression set at elevated temperature. Expect good resistance to aggressive chemicals, aromatic hydrocarbons, and engine and transmission fluids. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where amines or ketones and esters are present.
