Ordered as V1X7.5, this is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 7.5 mm (0.295 in), a cross section of 1 mm (0.039 in), and an outside diameter of 9.5 mm (0.37 in). The o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Viton® (FKM) offers excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. It resists engine and transmission fluids, chlorinated solvents, and many acids. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones and esters or hot water and steam.
