V2.5X7.5 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 7.5 mm (0.295 in), a cross section of 2.5 mm (0.098 in), and an outside diameter of 12.5 mm (0.49 in). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Viton® (FKM) is known for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. The compound resists aggressive chemicals, engine and transmission fluids, and many acids. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in amines or low-molecular-weight organic acids.

Typical settings include semiconductor equipment, high-temperature process equipment, and chemical processing.
