V2.5X79 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 79 mm (3.11 in), a cross section of 2.5 mm (0.098 in), and an outside diameter of 84 mm (3.31 in). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The compound resists aromatic hydrocarbons, engine and transmission fluids, and chlorinated solvents. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is known for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and outstanding high-temperature capability.
