2.5MM CS X 8MM ID BLACK FKM 75D

The V2.5X8 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 8 mm (0.315 in), a cross section of 2.5 mm (0.098 in), and an outside diameter of 13 mm (0.51 in). This o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

The compound resists petroleum oils and fuels, chlorinated solvents, and aromatic hydrocarbons. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is known for very low compression set at elevated temperature and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to ketones and esters or hot water and steam will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in oil and gas, high-temperature process equipment, and aerospace.
