4.5MM CS X 80MM ID BLACK FKM 75D

V4.5X80 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 80 mm (3.15 in), a cross section of 4.5 mm (0.177 in), and an outside diameter of 89 mm (3.5 in). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. Expect good resistance to petroleum oils and fuels, engine and transmission fluids, and aromatic hydrocarbons. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to low-molecular-weight organic acids or amines will shorten service life.

Typical settings include semiconductor equipment, aerospace, and chemical processing.
