This o-ring is supplied in black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 84 mm (3.307 in), a cross section of 4 mm (0.157 in), and an outside diameter of 92 mm (3.62 in), catalogued under part number V4X84. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Viton® (FKM) is known for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. The material holds up against aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum oils and fuels, and aggressive chemicals. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones and esters or amines.
