Ordered as VB75902, this is an AS568-902 brown Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.239 in (6.07 mm), a cross section of 0.064 in (1.63 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.367 in (9.32 mm). The o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for outstanding high-temperature capability and very low compression set at elevated temperature. The material holds up against many acids, engine and transmission fluids, and petroleum oils and fuels. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones and esters or hot water and steam.
