-904 BLACK FKM 75D O-RING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-904 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 0.351 in (8.92 mm), a cross section of 0.072 in (1.83 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.495 in (12.57 mm), catalogued under part number V75904. It seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Viton® (FKM) delivers very low compression set at elevated temperature, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. It resists aromatic hydrocarbons, many acids, and petroleum oils and fuels. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to ketones and esters or amines will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in chemical processing, high-temperature process equipment, and aerospace.
