The V3X94.5 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 94.5 mm (3.72 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 100.5 mm (3.96 in). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Viton® (FKM) delivers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Expect good resistance to aggressive chemicals, chlorinated solvents, and engine and transmission fluids. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to hot water and steam or ketones and esters will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in semiconductor equipment, chemical processing, and high-temperature process equipment.
