3MM CS X 97MM ID BLACK FKM 75D

V3X97 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 97 mm (3.819 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 103 mm (4.06 in). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is specified for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. This material stands up to many acids, petroleum oils and fuels, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones and esters or amines.

Typical settings include high-temperature process equipment, chemical processing, and automotive fuel systems.
