APG stocks the V2.5X99, a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 99 mm (3.898 in), a cross section of 2.5 mm (0.098 in), and an outside diameter of 104 mm (4.09 in). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Viton® (FKM) delivers excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, outstanding high-temperature capability. This material stands up to aromatic hydrocarbons, aggressive chemicals, and engine and transmission fluids. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving low-molecular-weight organic acids or hot water and steam call for a different compound.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across automotive fuel systems, oil and gas, and high-temperature process equipment.
