APG stocks the V90269, an AS568-269 black Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 8.734 in (221.84 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.012 in (228.9 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

The compound resists many acids, engine and transmission fluids, and aromatic hydrocarbons. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is specified for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where hot water and steam or amines are present.

It sees regular use in semiconductor equipment, high-temperature process equipment, and oil and gas.
