Part number V90373 is an AS568-373 black Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 8.975 in (227.97 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.395 in (238.63 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is specified for very low compression set at elevated temperature and outstanding high-temperature capability. This material stands up to aggressive chemicals, many acids, and engine and transmission fluids. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where ketones and esters or amines are present.
