-029 BLACK FKM 90D O-RING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-029 black Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 1.489 in (37.82 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.629 in (41.38 mm), catalogued under part number V90029. It provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Viton® (FKM) offers the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and very low compression set at elevated temperature. The material holds up against petroleum oils and fuels, many acids, and chlorinated solvents. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where amines or low-molecular-weight organic acids are present.
