Part number V90030 is an AS568-030 black Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.614 in (41 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.754 in (44.55 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for very low compression set at elevated temperature, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. It resists many acids, engine and transmission fluids, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to ketones and esters or amines will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in semiconductor equipment, high-temperature process equipment, and oil and gas.
