VB90034 is an AS568-034 brown Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 2.114 in (53.7 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.254 in (57.25 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. This material stands up to chlorinated solvents, aggressive chemicals, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).

It sees regular use in automotive fuel systems, high-temperature process equipment, and aerospace.
