V90035 is an AS568-035 black Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 2.239 in (56.87 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.379 in (60.43 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

This material stands up to engine and transmission fluids, aggressive chemicals, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Viton® (FKM) delivers very low compression set at elevated temperature and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Exposure to amines or hot water and steam will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in aerospace, automotive fuel systems, and oil and gas.
