Part number V90039 is an AS568-039 black Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.739 in (69.57 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.879 in (73.13 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

This material stands up to chlorinated solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) offers the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in amines or hot water and steam.

It sees regular use in chemical processing, high-temperature process equipment, and aerospace.
