Part number V90103 is an AS568-103 black Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.081 in (2.06 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.287 in (7.29 mm). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

The material holds up against petroleum oils and fuels, chlorinated solvents, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Viton® (FKM) offers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving amines or low-molecular-weight organic acids call for a different compound.
