-112 BLACK FKM 90D O-RING

The V90112 is an AS568-112 black Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.487 in (12.37 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.693 in (17.6 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and very low compression set at elevated temperature. Expect good resistance to chlorinated solvents, engine and transmission fluids, and many acids. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to ketones and esters or low-molecular-weight organic acids will shorten service life.

Typical settings include aerospace, oil and gas, and automotive fuel systems.
