-135 BLACK FKM 90D O-RING

Ordered as V90135, this is an AS568-135 black Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.925 in (48.9 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.131 in (54.13 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. This material stands up to aggressive chemicals, engine and transmission fluids, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to amines or hot water and steam will shorten service life.

Typical settings include oil and gas, automotive fuel systems, and aerospace.
