V90154 is an AS568-154 black Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 3.737 in (94.92 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.943 in (100.15 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for outstanding high-temperature capability and very low compression set at elevated temperature. The material holds up against aromatic hydrocarbons, engine and transmission fluids, and petroleum oils and fuels. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where amines or low-molecular-weight organic acids are present.

Typical settings include semiconductor equipment, chemical processing, and aerospace.
