-214 BLACK FKM 90D O-RING

The V90214 is an AS568-214 black Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.984 in (24.99 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.262 in (32.05 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The material holds up against engine and transmission fluids, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvents. Viton® (FKM) is known for outstanding high-temperature capability and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving low-molecular-weight organic acids or amines call for a different compound.
