-214 BROWN FKM 90D O-RING

The VB90214 is an AS568-214 brown Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.984 in (24.99 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.262 in (32.05 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for very low compression set at elevated temperature and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. The material holds up against aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum oils and fuels, and engine and transmission fluids. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C).

It sees regular use in aerospace, automotive fuel systems, and high-temperature process equipment.
