The VB90252 is an AS568-252 brown Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 5.234 in (132.94 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.512 in (140 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Viton® (FKM) delivers very low compression set at elevated temperature and outstanding high-temperature capability. The material holds up against petroleum oils and fuels, chlorinated solvents, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to hot water and steam or amines will shorten service life.

Typical settings include chemical processing, semiconductor equipment, and automotive fuel systems.
