The V90328 is an AS568-328 black Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.85 in (46.99 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.27 in (57.66 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is valued for very low compression set at elevated temperature and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. The compound resists engine and transmission fluids, chlorinated solvents, and petroleum oils and fuels. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Applications involving hot water and steam or amines call for a different compound.
