-331 BLACK FKM 90D O-RING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-331 black Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A measuring an inside diameter of 2.225 in (56.52 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.645 in (67.18 mm), catalogued under part number V90331. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. The compound resists petroleum oils and fuels, many acids, and chlorinated solvents. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones and esters or hot water and steam.

Typical settings include chemical processing, oil and gas, and high-temperature process equipment.
