-333 BROWN FKM 90D O-RING

Ordered as VB90333, this is an AS568-333 brown Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.475 in (62.87 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.895 in (73.53 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The material holds up against many acids, engine and transmission fluids, and aggressive chemicals. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) offers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and outstanding high-temperature capability. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving amines or ketones and esters call for a different compound.
