Ordered as VB90445, this is an AS568-445 brown Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 7.975 in (202.57 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.525 in (216.54 mm). The o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Expect good resistance to petroleum oils and fuels, aromatic hydrocarbons, and many acids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for very low compression set at elevated temperature, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where low-molecular-weight organic acids or ketones and esters are present.
