-470 BLACK FKM 90D O-RING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-470 black Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 20.955 in (532.26 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 21.505 in (546.23 mm), catalogued under part number V90470. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Viton® (FKM) is specified for very low compression set at elevated temperature and outstanding high-temperature capability. The material holds up against chlorinated solvents, aggressive chemicals, and engine and transmission fluids. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in amines or ketones and esters.

Typical settings include high-temperature process equipment, aerospace, and automotive fuel systems.
