-905 BLACK FKM 90D O-RING

The V90905 is an AS568-905 black Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.414 in (10.52 mm), a cross section of 0.072 in (1.83 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.558 in (14.17 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

It resists chlorinated solvents, aggressive chemicals, and engine and transmission fluids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) delivers excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving hot water and steam or amines call for a different compound.
