VB90914 is an AS568-914 brown Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.047 in (26.59 mm), a cross section of 0.116 in (2.95 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.279 in (32.49 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The compound resists chlorinated solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, and engine and transmission fluids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in low-molecular-weight organic acids or hot water and steam.
