Part number FS70019 is an AS568-019 blue Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.801 in (20.35 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.941 in (23.9 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) is valued for good compression set resistance in static duty, excellent ozone and UV stability. The compound resists ozone and weathering, petroleum oils, and aromatic fuels and jet fuel. Rated temperature range runs from -80°F (-62.2°C) to 350°F (176.7°C) in continuous service.
