FS70159 is an AS568-159 blue Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 4.987 in (126.67 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.193 in (131.9 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) is widely chosen for excellent ozone and UV stability, silicone's low-temperature flexibility combined with fuel resistance. This material stands up to petroleum oils, extreme cold, and chlorinated solvents. Continuous operating temperature is published at -80°F (-62.2°C) to 350°F (176.7°C).
