The FS70219 is an AS568-219 blue Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.296 in (32.92 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.574 in (39.98 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) is specified here for very wide service temperature range and standard choice for static aerospace fuel system seals. It resists ozone and weathering, aromatic fuels and jet fuel, and chlorinated solvents. Rated temperature range runs from -80°F (-62.2°C) to 350°F (176.7°C) in continuous service.
