568-007 FLUOROSILICONE 70 DURO ORING

Ordered as FS70007, this is an AS568-007 blue Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.145 in (3.68 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.285 in (7.24 mm). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) is specified here for excellent ozone and UV stability, very wide service temperature range. The compound resists chlorinated solvents, petroleum oils, and ozone and weathering. The material carries a published service range of -80°F (-62.2°C) to 350°F (176.7°C). Exposure to ketones or brake fluids will shorten service life.
