Ordered as FS70113, this is an AS568-113 blue Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.549 in (13.94 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.755 in (19.18 mm). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) is widely chosen for the standard choice for static aerospace fuel system seals and a very wide service temperature range.
