APG stocks the FS70117, an AS568-117 blue Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.799 in (20.29 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.005 in (25.53 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) is specified for good compression set resistance in static duty and a very wide service temperature range. This material stands up to chlorinated solvents, aromatic fuels and jet fuel, and ozone and weathering. Rated temperature range runs from -80°F (-62.2°C) to 350°F (176.7°C) in continuous service. Exposure to brake fluids or hydrazine will shorten service life.
