This o-ring is supplied in AS568-131 blue Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) 70 Shore A measuring an inside diameter of 1.674 in (42.52 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.88 in (47.75 mm), catalogued under part number FS70131. It seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The compound resists ozone and weathering, extreme cold, and chlorinated solvents. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) offers excellent ozone and UV stability, silicone's low-temperature flexibility combined with fuel resistance.
