Part number FS70160 is an AS568-160 blue Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.237 in (133.02 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.443 in (138.25 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The compound resists petroleum oils, chlorinated solvents, and aromatic fuels and jet fuel. Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) is specified for a very wide service temperature range and good compression set resistance in static duty. The material carries a published service range of -80°F (-62.2°C) to 350°F (176.7°C). It is not the right choice where hydrazine or brake fluids are present.
