Part number FS70220 is an AS568-220 blue Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.359 in (34.52 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.637 in (41.58 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

This material stands up to aromatic fuels and jet fuel, chlorinated solvents, and extreme cold. Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) is widely chosen for the standard choice for static aerospace fuel system seals and silicone's low-temperature flexibility combined with fuel resistance. Service temperature is rated from -80°F (-62.2°C) through 350°F (176.7°C). It is not the right choice where brake fluids or ketones are present.
